FSE will carry out regular inspections to ensure that the standard of the common elements of your property are being maintained and to identify any repairs or maintenance that may be required. FSE will arrange repairs of a minor nature and emergency repairs will be carried out without delay.

If more expensive repairs or maintenance are required, FSE will always seek your approval before arranging these.
