It is important to property owners that repairs are carried out promptly and cost effectively by suitably qualified and experienced tradesmen. FSE have an approved list of contactors, their work is regularly reviewed and inspected by FSE to ensure that a high standard of workmanship is achieved and that you our clients get "best value for money".

It is also important that we have the authority to instruct minor repirs without making contact with all the owners. However, where the cost of the repairs are going to exceed an agreed amount FSE will obtain competitive quotations and owners will be advised prior to the repairs being carried out.
