FSE are managing properties varying from the tenement style to new build estates and modern conversions throughout the West Central Scotland. The property manager or factor is an agent who acts on behalf of the co-owner`s. In addition to carrying out the owner`s instructions in maintaining and repairing the common areas of the property or development, we also make recommendations to owners on management issues

The factor`s main duties are:-

Managing the care and maintenance of all common aspects of the property.

Liaising with maintenance contractors.

Collecting everyone`s share of common repair bills.

Arranging common building insurance.

FSE also provide an out of hours reporting service for emergency repairs.
