Building Repairs Management

It is important that owners are confident repairs are carried out promptly by suitable qualified and experienced tradesmen. FSE have an approved list of contactors and their work is regularly reviewed and inspected to ensure that a high standard of workmanship is achieved and that you our clients get best value for money.

It is also important that we have the authority to instruct minor repairs without making contact with all the owners. However, where the cost of the repairs are going to exceed a £100 per flat, FSE will obtain alternative quotations and owners will be advised prior to the repairs being carried out. The exception to this is an emegency or if there is a health and safety issue.
