Factoring Glasgow - What does a Factor do?

The property manager or factor is an agent who acts on behalf of the co-owners. In addition to carrying out the instructions of the owner in maintaining and repairing the property or development, we also make recommendations to owners on management issues.

The main issues for the factor are:-

- Managing the care and maintenance of all common aspects of the property.

- Liaising with maintenance contractors.

- Collecting from everyone their share of common repair bills.

- Arranging common building insurance.
