What is covered:- Common element repairs.
Unless you are insured by FSE buildings insurance policy.
Structural parts of the building that present a danger to anyone.
Roof parts that have been damaged & causing water ingress.
Burst pipe causing water damage.

What is not covered:- Repair that is not an emergency.
Gutters, Waste pipes.Chocked pipes WC wash hand basins etc.
Central heating, electrical appliances including washing machines.

Buildings Insurance:- If your property is included in our common buildings insurance policy. The policy will meet the reasonable cost (subject to excess) of an emegency call out for security aspects such as damage caused by an attempted breakin and broken windows or doors.
